no idea how to delete past threads so i guess i'll just update with a reply, turns out they were Indian meal moths, ive bought a few glue traps that seem to be working perfectly fine and ive noticed a lack of caterpillars and moths (apart from the odd 1 or 2 flying around) but its an improvement from how it has been for the past few months
