Smile Hiya!

Hey there! I joined back in December but I just realized I never introduced myself. I'm Teddyy (named after my first hamster.) I got my first hamster back in April of 2022 after a year of wanting one. She was a female long-haired Syrian originally named Hairold (later changed to Teddy.) I started her out in a 500sq inch bin cage with minimal enrichemnt and 4inch of bedding. I moved her into the largest niteangel enclosure with 950sq inch of floorspace less than a year later. A few months later I adopted a dwarf hamster from my local humiane society. Her name is Juno. I live in a very small town and no one owns hamsters. (Our pet store never has them because no one wants them.) She was there for a year in a very tiny cage before I caved and adopted her, moving her into the 500sq inch bin cage with loads of enrichment. Teddy passed suddenly in December and that same month I adopted Pipsqueak (A long-haired Syrian male.) And he was moved into the niteangel. Juno has mobility problems and is being given special care (She will turn three in August.)

I have not owned hamsters for very long (nor very many) so my experiance on hamster is low, but I have high knowledge on their care requirements, health information, species, ect. I look forward to learning, and assisting learning here!
