To me it doesnt look like a issue, I've had a hamster like this a few years back , he was too comfortable around me but even really active , eventually bcoz of aging he started to sleep more and cuddle even more at first I was worried but later I figured it out that it was bcoz of his age and you know hamster's bones weaken when they age so dont worry, he's fine and it's just a process so it wont affect his health.
