To change your profile picture, create a signature and adjust your bio click user cp, located in the very top left hand corner above the hamster central logo.
The “hamster pup” etc are forum ranks based on number of posts.
Forum Ranks. They will automatically change once you’ve made a certain number of post and once you done over 1050 you can request a custom title.
