how is she right now? It sounds like she has an infection unfortunately, as the main symptoms are laid back ears and being hunched over. Biting can also be a sign of trying to hide illness.
However, if she is still active and eating, its probably nothing or at least nothing too serious. If you have easy access to a vet, its always nice to know there's nothing wrong just to be on the safe side.
My Syrian acted very similarly when she had a UTI but she also had blood spots in her cage and was very lethargic. For now, maybe just make sure to keep a very close eye on her, but being hunched, laid back ears, and biting are signs of pain so if you can get to a vet, that would be the best option.
