Hi, me again. Wondering if anyone has come across pink stained bedding like the attached before..

Our dwarf is 2y9-10m now. He had a lump removed last year, it came back, and we took him in again but never had it removed. Fast forward till now, the lump has vanished at some point and I’ve found twice now, some bits of bedding stained with pink. Not sure if the two are related but it doesn’t smell of urine but doesn’t look like blood - maybe diluted blood. Just really light pink. Could it have been an abscess or something that burst or sometimes leaks? I thought there might be more blood if that was the case.

The guy himself is acting normal in that he eats and is out as normal. He has very bad balance, walks very badly and frequently ends up on his back even from walking around. The vet said it’s likely something has spread to inside the rest of his body. Still can’t tell if he’s in pain but he has quite a lot of energy.

I am calling the exotics vet in the morning but I’m not sure this is an emergency as such so probably wont be seen until next week.. I don’t believe the vet ever touched the lump that came back either as he pretty much advised against the operation and he never determined exactly what it was.
