hello everyone!! i'm not sure how active the userbase is on this forum anymore, but i figured i'd register and give it a shot! my name is bea, i'm 19, and i'm a first time hamster owner - and pet owner overall!
my hamster's name is honey bunches, but i call her bunchy for short! she's a female syrian, and she's just around 2 months old. when i got her from the pet store, she was housed with another hamster in a super small display cage, and i felt so awful knowing that they shouldn't be put together!! ;_;
now that she's home, she lives in a 540 square inch cage that i'm slowly adding onto and intending to switch out for a larger one when i have the space and money (struggling college student at the moment!!).
i found this forum while looking through hamster care advice online, and i'm excited to meet everyone! thanks for having me!
