It's not uncommon to get a bald chin. It can be from bar or bottle chewing or even drooling during warm weather or due to teeth issues. The wetness causes the fur loss.
Keep an eye that she isn't becoming sore on the area and if she is try and stop any chewing eg use a bowl instead of a bottle and block off bar chewing areas and ensure she stays cook enough and teeth are OK.
