I’m not sure is salmon is okay for hamsters to eat.

As your Syrian doesn’t seem keen on animal based protein source look into vegan/vegetarian protein source Ive heard people feeding tofu for example but I have never myself so not knowledgeable on this.

Have you switched your food to rodipet yet? If you have continue to feed the science selective if you can’t find a protein source she will happily eat as these will contain a suitable amount of protein for her
