Yes you do need to see a vet. For now remove the wheel and remove things she could climb on so she doesn't have to use the food too much. They are good at hiding pain and she may need pain relief and a smaller hospital cage while she rests and heals up. If there is any sign of the foot becoming blackish it's a vet emergency.
