Unhappy My friend stepped on my hamster!!!

I'm not sure what else to do- I took out all of her tunnels and wheel, and put in extra bedding for her to burrow deeper in.
My friend and I were letting her free-roam around my living room, and she scurried under a chair. We were both on the floor looking after her, and decided she would come out by her own will, so we decided to stand up. Right as my friend was about to place his knee on the ground to get up, the hamster ran right under his knee. He put a little weight on her leg, as he didn't notice the hamster under him until AFTER he stood up. My friend did not completely crush her, only her left foot.
The hamster- Shoob- immediately started limping, but was otherwise fine and moving as normal. After several hours of letting her rest, she still has the limp, but is as active as she usually is. She is eating normally and pooping normally, also. I've inspected the area, and I don't see any swelling, or anything odd poking out, just that her left foot is limp.
I'm sure the first step is to take Shoob to the vet- but I would also like to see if I could do anything while I'm still at home. Do you think she'll be okay? Thank you!
