I have a Syrian and a Dwarf which I feed both Veselé Laga Crispy Muesli (the only seed mix available in my local pet store) 1 tablespoon every other day and SmartHeart lab blocks (the only lab blocks available in my local pet store) in between days that I don't feed them seed mixes. I also feed them what I have available on the daily basis like boiled egg whites, tofu, boiled chicken with no seasonings, hamster safe vegetables (especially Moringa leaves since there are plenty around here in Southeast Asia), and some hamster safe fruits.

It goes like this:

Day 1: Seed mixes + extra food (vegetables, etc.)
Day 2: Whole lab blocks + extra food (vegetables, etc.)

And back to-day 1 again and so forth. Sometimes it take them 2-3 days before they totally consume the lab blocks so I wait until they finish it and give them a whole block again once they do.

Is this a good or a bad feeding habit?
