I need a bit of advice please. I had been layering the bottom of my female syrian hamsters enclosure with cardboard and then a hemp mat originally, but found that she chew through it (but only at her burrows bit). So last month I discovered the chill n chew mats, and thought if I placed it on top of the hemp mat, it will stop her chewing the hemp mat. But she's chewed through it all. I was wondering if the hemp mat is safe, especially if ingested? Cause I can't tell if she' eaten any. It's the rodipet hemp mats I use, and it cost mini fortune to replace the whole thing when she only chews only part if it
