Depending on where you live and how hot your house is. I’ve had hamsters get their bellies wet to help cool their body temperature.
If you say it her belly that wet then that rules out scent gland as they are on their hips as they do like them and get them looking all wet to spread their scent around.
Drinking more as they age is normal it often due to their kidney function. I would carefully monitor the amount she drinking daily as hamsters typical drink 10ml per 100g of body weight.

Thank you for responding!
I've attached a couple of pictures of what she's looking like right now.
My room is in the attic and but it doesn't get very hot it's currently around (63F at the moment)
She's usually gotten her belly, front paws, and sides area.
I just gave her the quickest little water wipe down a hamster has ever gotten (no soap!) and an even quicker dry with the hair blower (Away from the face and with the cool setting on) but I didn't see any black dots or any show of mites on her skin and fur.
I'm thinking of starting fresh with her bedding, wheel, everything to see if maybe its some kind of itch??? or something???
