The Savic Hamster Heaven is a decent cage but only with tubes and such removed. Tubes very often end up collecting urine and such, so that leads to respiratory health risks since no plastic tube is going to have good enough ventilation even if they have holes in them.

You're a lot better off having deep substrate in the main cage rather than something connected with a tube. You could still have a dig box for playpen use but I would recommend a decently sturdy plastic bin for that. They're generally inexpensive, much lighter than glass, and you also won't have the risk of accidentally breaking them so easily as an added bonus!
