[Albert the Dwarf Hamster]

I've just tried to look at your cage photo again and now I can see it. I would put more substrate in the cage to make it deeper so Cookie can dig and maybe make her own tunnels. Put some tubes on top of the substrate so Cookie can hide and have some cover when moving around her cage. Hopefully with some cover from the tubes the cage will not seem so open and she will stop creeping. Hamster are always worried and alert because of predators in the wild and in cages.
