Dunno if this helps. But am in the UK, and I've decided to order Niteangel stuff from the Amazon.com website cause it wasn't available originally on the UK site. It's expensive but I think their products are worth it. The Niteangel waterbottle with stand is the best I've bought out of 3 other non working ones I got from the UK. I also bought the Niteangel glass water bowl to give my hammy a choice.
Edit just noticed you're looking for a bottle for Dwarf so not sure if the niteangel one will be ok or not, mines is for Syrian
