I wouldn't worry about the wheel should she get better. Some hamsters stop running or rarely use their wheels when they get old or sick. If Tassen can't breath properly then she won't feel like using her wheel.
I have my hamsters put to sleep when i believe that they are in pain and suffering or they had a scan that shows tumors and no hope of getting better knowing they'd only get worse.
It's a very difficult decision and you need to think of what is the best thing to do for your hamster. Did she get better since she's been on antibiotics this time?
