Default Hamster seems very sick briefly?

Hello everyone, sorry to ask yet another question about my hamster Icy’s heath, but her vet couldn’t think of any reasons for her most recent problem and I’m wondering if anyone had a similar experience

About every 1-2 months, i find Icy limping and wobbling and lying down stretched out on the ground in her cage in places where she never sleeps. She seems disoriented and confused but is still willing to eat. A few hours later, when she wakes up from her nap, she seems to be feeling and acting totally fine again, like it never happened. It’s scary and I’m not sure what’s happening, or why she recovers so quickly afterwards

Today was the fourth time it’s happened. I found her lying with her eyes closed in a really unusual stretched out position underneath her water dispenser. When I said her name, she immediately got up and limped over to me across the cage, and I gently encouraged her back to her bed after giving her some mushed carrots for hydration. She briefly laid down again in the corner of a different cage before going back to bed. I gave her a dose of metacam in case she was in pain, and a few hours later, she is awake and acting fine again

I’m not sure what is happening because during these episodes, she seems to be breathing ok, and wants to eat.

I mentioned before she’s had major abdominal swelling since September, which the vet thinks is a tumor or cysts, but her swelling has actually gone significantly down in the past few weeks. I believe also she has a cataract in one eye now, but otherwise she seemed to be getting better and feeling good
