Hello Folks,
Not been on for ages probably the best part of a whole year...!

GEORGE is not doing well, he appears to have a chest infection of sorts, he went to the vets on Saturday after being wheezy and crackly and not himself at all on Friday night he is also making very small soft squeaky noises too, he is on Baytril twice daily which he is not impressed with.
The vet gave him a thorough check over and agreed he had a chest infection she was also very impressed with his condition as he is 22 months old, but he doesn't really seem to be responding to the Baytril at the moment, but he has a weeks worth of it so we will persist with it if no further change we will speak to the vet mid week, but if he doesn't improve I will not let him be in respiratory distress and we will make the hard decision for him to be PTS. Not the sort of post I like to post but that s Hamster life.
