It’s a big change for an older hamster and she’ll need some settling in time. The stress can affect their bowels. I hope she’s ok. If she seems ok in herself then as you say just keep an eye on her. Was there anything in the cage where she could have got wet? Also they can get quite wet licking their scent glands. If you think she’s unwell and there’s something serious going on though it would be best to take her to a vet. It doesn’t quite sound like wet tail - they go downhill incredibly quickly with that.
