If it is wet tail they will treat with antibiotics - sometimes they get better. The main issue is dehydration, which is why I was asking if she seems ok in herself. I don't think a vet would put her to sleep without trying some medical intervention first.
It can be quite common for a hamster who has just moved to have a stress reaction like diarrhoea.

It looks like she have dry poop behind, not diarrhea. I will keep an eye on her through the night. Yes, she is the one there are 1,5 years old ca. I found her behind a ceramic house, I`ve never seen anything like this and its kind a special smell.
