I think any 100cm cage when fully set up would be heavy to move
. If you mean taking the bars off the top, I think the Plaza is lighter - and a fair bit of cleaning could be done through the front door. The Plaza top bars are not a solid welded metal top - it's a "knock down" cage so the panels come apart from the plastic side strips for storing it flat.
The Grosvenor, being deeper may be a bit more awkward in that respect - I remember my Barney cage was that deep and the extra depth made the top bars very difficult to lift off. But I managed!
