We do not see each other at all. He never comes out when I'm in that room and only hours after I leave his food in the evening.

Wish things could have worked out better

Funny thing is, when I first got him and had him in the bedroom where the cat could watch him he was out all the time. Could care less about the cat. Think he liked all the attention.

However, I was told, here and elswhere, that was a bad idea so I moved him to a room at the back of the house. Door closed...no cat.
