I saw this article, talking about tubeless toilet paper being terrible for crafts:
Rise of tubeless toilet paper a ‘complete catastrophe’, says Blue Peter star | Waste | The Guardian
Cushelle have developed a toilet roll that doesn't need the tube any more. They talk about how they're a market leader and reacting to consumer demand. I hope they're not right because if all the toilet rolls go tubeless, and kitchen towel rolls inevitably follow, making hamster boredom breakers is going to be harder.
I know that environmentally it will be better, but I hope there's one brand somewhere that's a hold out, so all the crafters and pet owners can buy that one.
