I wouldn't want to say if it is a respiratory issue that should get checked out by a vet or an age related kind of huffiness. I really don't know but if you're concerned, you could get her checked out by a vet.

One of my hamsters became much more vocal as he got older. He's over 2 and chirps (half squeak half sneeze) when he's complaining about something. I was concerned at first but his body language told me that he really was just turning into a grumpy old man who would complain loudly when dinner was late.
