I wouldn't risk Etsy seed mixes as a main diet honestly. Higgins Vita Garden is a much better choice in terms of making sure you have a balanced base, and that includes vitamins and minerals being added to it which can vary quite a bit with foods that don't include added ones.

Robin's in particular aren't calculated in terms of micronutrients and aren't going to be a risk free option by any means - and most definitely not a complete diet in that sense. This is unfortunately the case with a lot of foods you'll find, and even though the intentions behind them are very good it can do a lot of harm in the long run. Definitely use Higgins Vita Garden instead.
