We have adopted a 4 month old dwarf hamster and named him Orko! I am so excited. Orko is my first ever hamster. Orko's previous owner moved overseas and could not take him with her. My partner collected him and said he is very cute. I have only caught a glimpse of Orko so far. I was going to wait until I could get a picture of him before making this thread but I am not sure when that will be as he is shy.
Orko has been with us for just 2 days. Last night when I was in bed I heard him use the wheel, drink water and eat. This morning I found he had eaten the fresh food I gave him and some of his seed mix.
I am so happy to have Orko.
