If you're able to access Higgins I'm guessing you're based in Canada. In that case, your proper diet there(also the US) is Higgins Vita Garden - NOT Sunburst, since Sunburst has dried fruit which is unsuitable for hamster daily diets as fruit isn't something they'd naturally be eating much if any of in the wild.

Higgins Vita Garden just gets added flax seed and Pure Bites with every feeding for protein boosting purposes as well as health benefits associated with flax seed(skin and coat for example).

It does depend on where you're located though. If you're within a country with access to Rodipet foods, the junior ones are excellent and would be far superior in terms of ingredient quality to the Supreme Selective and Harry Hamster. Unfortunately it's not available everywhere.
