I think your cage is awesome and your hamster sounds like she is having the best hamster life ever. I would 100% not move her. I am sorry you don't get to see her though. Have you thought about getting a hamster cam, you can pick one up for about £20 (although I think you might be in the USA as you have a niteangel wheel.)
With a night cam you would be able to get to see when she is up and what she is up to and maybe alleviate any worries you have about her.
