I don't know if that's common and hopefully a breeder here will be able to reassure you but fact is that there's nothing you can do about it.

I noticed that my dwarf Gertie often went into her ceramic hide on top of her house to get away from her babies.

As long as she goes back to them to feed them they should be fine.

Maybe the igloo hide is getting a bit crowded now that the babies are growing but again, i'd leave everything well alone.
By 10-12 days old the babies are likely to come out by themselves and then mum often drags them about to put them where she thinks they should be.

Don't be alarmed by that because it can look a bit rough.
