How much out of cage time do you give Taffy?

I have a high energy, male Syrian who needs at least 1.5 hrs of out of cage time otherwise he'll constantly pace around his cage demanding to get let out. Once he's had a good, long run around, he's calmer and will go on his wheel.

Some female Syrians need a habitat bigger than the recommended 100cmx50cm.

Thank you so much! I’ll be sure to use your advice. I normally only let Taffy out about 4 times a week for 30 minutes, I’ll starting doing it daily though. Do you think adding another level to match the size of the unbroken space could help satisfy her a bit more?
