I know that you came here for reassurance but i wouldn't feel comfortable leaving my hamsters alone for 4 days. I'd worry far too much.
If you don't know a human you can trust and you're within a certain range, maybe you could install a camera to keep an eye on her.
Even then you'd need a human as a back up to check on her should you have reason for concern.

and this has been on my mind since last month. You're right, i think i will start to look for some affordable cameras to keep an eye on her, at least it would help me to calm down when i'm away hahaha. Thanks for your input!
