I am struggling to find a good quality hamster food without sesame as I am allergic. I know I have asked this previously but wondered as we have new members if anybody knows of one. I think I may have to make my own as I cannot take any risks due to my allergy. My partner would do this as he understands micro and macro nutrients and is going to research. I know it is complicated and expensive but I feel it may be my own option.

All the recommended foods in the hammingway data base contain sesame.
