800W. The tub states double that for one portion but i halved it for the hamsters.

We normally use the regular oats of this Irish porridge when we cook it and i still eat it the Scottish way with a pinch of salt and a wee bit of butter.

Plain for the hamsters of course.

They sell it in Asda and Waitrose, maybe other supermarkets as well.
