It won't be an exo terra then. They are 90 x 45. I think it's a fine size for any hamster. You could have deeper bedding at one end if you only use one of the doors, but the 90 x 45 does hold 6" and many people are fine with that in cages. Providing the hamster has a good house/nesting box that mimics a burrow they are happy with 5 to 6" of substrate.

If a cat got in the room though it could rip the top mesh of an exo terra - it is very very fine mesh - easily chewed through (by a cat or a hamster but the hamster is unlikely to be able to get to the top of the 90 x 45 x 45). But it would be a good option if you can mesh the roof or make a new top for it.

I think the Marrakesch is safer and less hassle (and that is also about 95 x 45 internally).
