I wouldn't support putting a hamster in a typical terrarium/vivarium. Their ventilation is incredibly poor and you could find yourself with quite the ammonia build-up as well as the insides having low amounts of oxygen.
The best option there is the 100cm Skyline Marrakesh terrarium. It's the best option and has decent ventilation, and spacious enough to comfortably house a Syrian (unless your hamster doesn't think so, as some can be quite restless in 100cm enclosures).
You MUST get the 100cm Marakesh however. There is a smaller variant, that is 73.5 x 44 x 35 cm internally, which is far too small for a Syrian.
