I would leave the houses there. It's lovely. Robos are very nosey so i'm pretty sure she'll explore the upstairs levels.
Hamsters often check things out when their human friends aren't watching.

You could put a couple of treats like dried mealworms or sunflower seeds in the top floor. That way you can check if she's been there once the ladder is back in place.

I don't have a glue gun either and use non toxic school glue which i need to let dry overnight.
