I second the Savic Plaza
Similar price to the one you linked. I have a robo in ours - I put 4" high cardboard round the inside bars, for deeper bedding inside and to reduce the height for a dwarf hamster. It has a lovely big front door which is good for interaction and taming. The cage is ideal for a Syrian as it is. The one you linked does have a very small door at the front which can make it difficult to get the hamster out of the cage.
