Just be sure not to bake any wood items with metal in them, which is generally going to be things like platforms and bendy bridges. Some wood houses and such do have metal too, the Trixie ones in particular I believe which isn't very safe for hamsters anyways as those can cause injury if the metal were ever exposed.
