I’ve invented a treat called “mealworm Caesar salad” lol.
It’s mostly romaine lettuce and whatever other veg I have in the house, a few seeds, a couple of mealworms and topped with a couple of strands of grated cheese.
It is a treat and it’s mostly lettuce but creates some variety! Alternatively like Ria half a walnut. She even leaves the empty shell by her bowl for me to collect.
Porridge she had mostly in the winter but with summer coming it’s mostly salad based treats.
