Even if you don't think your hamster seems bothered, it is extremely stressful and frankly harmful to them and predatory animals as well. Cats, dogs, ferrets, etc should
never be allowed in the same room as hamsters and other prey animals under
any circumstances - the stress is extremely bad for prey animals especially and can lead to higher chances of health issues, and it can sadly even become lethal. Plus, signs of stress aren't always so easy to notice!
