Sugar snap peas would be fine. Mushrooms I'm not entirely certain with, as I know they're generally safe for some species at least including some rodents - the big concern being making sure you know the type you're giving is safe. I don't know that it's something I'd feel entirely comfortable risking with hamsters just yet, so I'd wait for others to weigh in on it, but if they were safe(at least human safe varieties) they'd be a great source of some nutrients!
