For some unknown reason my phone won't play your video so i can't hear the sounds your hamster is making.

Hamster do make strange and at times alarming sounds when they are asleep and dreaming.

All i can suggest is to get a second opinion from another vet and play him/her the video. An exotics vet or general, hamster knowledgeable vet should be able to identify the sounds.
