How to proceed..? Just chill
No matter how we may guide them to use their space how we want, end of the day, it is THEIR space. He is still settling in and just as we do when we move house, he may decide he doesn't want his nest there and change it around. Carry on your routine, have a rustle around when earlier may be better and he'll soon adapt..or he may not! Its early days, just keep enjoying him and letting him find his way
