Thanks Luna. 24cm at the back isn’t bad. It’s about 10” and 10” wheels are fine for all but the largest hamsters (hence the Carolina storm wheels being so popular). The hamster is going to be running further forward than the very back so it’ll be between 10” and 11” I guess. Can’t quite imagine it without seeing it but Rodipet are quite fussy about what wheels they sell. It’s good to have wheel choices since the wodent wheels went. I like the fact that it doesn’t have a lip at the front. When hamsters are older they can get injured tripping over a lip on the wheel.

Shame we can’t get the hamsters to tell us which wheel they prefer running on if given a choice!
