Not sure why it’s quiet - maybe just January post Christmas! An easily wipe clean wheel is a big advantage. I guess the sloping style means they can’t fly out of the wheel - although that’s more of an issue with dwarf hamsters.

It looks a bit like the bucket wheels apart from the slight slope. Says “made in Germany” which is usually a good thing!
