Daily. But only a tiny amount. Which they will eat rather than hoard. They eat such tiny amounts that it’s a bit pointless putting a lot of veg out as it’ll need throwing away again. Except for variety maybe. My concern would be if there’s too much out for them to eat in a day, they may hoard it and it go rotten and get maggots (been there with a blueberry a Robo hid) and you having to keep poking about in their nests to check (which they hate).
I give a small piece of veg daily - for a Syrian about 1cm cubed size (doesn’t have to be cube shaped but to give an idea of study). Or one tiny broccoli floret. For a dwarf hamster about half of that. For our Robo I put out about a quarter of that and he only nibbles part of it and leaves the rest.
