I agree with Ria, especially since you say there’s redness and clear liquid being let out. I’d advice for now if you have any spare plastic homes to remove the wooden ones and replace with plastic. I’m pretty sure mites for hamsters can only be treated by vets anyway, there’s no over-the-counter medication to treat them. If this is your suspicion a vet is definitely needed.
