Quick update! My apt complex approved the hamsters, and my partner said yes that we could keep them if I wanted. I decided yes, I do want them.
I got them each this cage

They got into a scuffle (no blood drawn but fur was mussed) so into separate bins they went. They each have a water bottle, I tried the water bowl but they just buried it. 😂
Found out they are about 4-5 mo old so still babirs
